}
Expand description

What the player can press on a target (ADR-0008 §3).

Fields§

§buttons: Vec<Button>

The pad’s buttons, by position, as Button names them. The system’s own (the Playdate’s Menu, the Deck’s Steam button) are not listed: they are never the game’s.

§chords: Vec<[Button; 2]>

Pairs of the buttons pressed together that count as one more input.

§axes: Vec<String>

Analog inputs: LeftStick, RightStick, Crank. A crank’s notches are buttons (CrankForward, CrankBack).

§system_menu_slots: u8

The items of the game’s own the system menu holds: a keymap binds optional actions to SystemMenu0 and on, up to this many.

§pointer: bool

Whether a mouse or another pointer exists.

§touch: bool

Whether a touch screen exists.

§keyboard: bool

Whether a keyboard exists.
