VoiceManifest

Struct VoiceManifest

Source
pub struct VoiceManifest<V> {
    pub clips: Vec<VoiceClip<V>>,
}
Expand description

The validated voice manifest of one language.

Fields§

§clips: Vec<VoiceClip<V>>

Every clip, in file order.

Implementations§

Source§

impl<V: ClipVariant> VoiceManifest<V>

Source

pub fn is_stale<D>( clip: &VoiceClip<V>, dialogue: &DialogueTable<D>, spoken: impl Fn(&str, V) -> Option<String>, ) -> bool

Whether clip is stale: spoken (the words a line written as the text it is given says, as played for a variant; None when no clip can say them) is not what the clip says. A clip of a line that is gone is stale too.

Source

pub fn needs_remake<D>( clip: &VoiceClip<V>, dialogue: &DialogueTable<D>, spoken: impl Fn(&str, V) -> Option<String>, ) -> bool

Whether clip should be made again: it is stale (is_stale) or its line’s direction changed. A clip whose direction changed still says the right words, so it stays playable until it is made again.

Source

pub fn playable<D>( &self, dialogue: &DialogueTable<D>, spoken: impl Fn(&str, V) -> Option<String>, ) -> Playable<V>

The clips that aren’t stale (is_stale).
